Mario Santoni

Mario spent his early years learning the business from his father, Albert, and working as a carpenter in Dickinson's factory. He joined Dickinson Homes as a Project Manager in 2001 after completing his studies in engineering and business at Michigan Technological University. Along with his brother, Anthony, represents the 3rd generation of this family business.

Steve has a long tenure of experience in the construction side and the management side of home building. He is dedicated to working with clients on the design and build of their new home. Steve is a natural home designer and taught himself AutoCAD, which he uses to aid couples to visualize their home ideas.

Dave studied business at Northern Michigan University. He joined Dickinson Homes in 1974 and has overseen the design and construction of residential and commercial projects throughout Michigan, Wisconsin and Illinois. Dave is a lifelong student of the construction industry and has learned a great deal in his many travels over the years. He shares his years of experience and knowledge with Dickinson's Builder Network, which he manages and works alongside.

Born and raised in Kingsford, Ryan grew up in the construction industry working with his father in his plumbing and heating business. He went on to work in Milwaukee, Wisconsin as a sales rep for various plumbing and heating manufactures covering three states along with being a valued member of the National Guard since 2009. Concluding his service and traveling, Ryan moved back to Kingsford, Michigan with his wife Anne.

Albert has worked in the construction industry his entire life. His father, Evo, put Albert and his brother Paul to work at a young age assisting him on construction projects. Albert graduated from Marquette University with degrees in Engineering and Architecture and is a licensed professional engineer and architect. He joined Dickinson Homes immediately after completing his studies joining his father and brother, Paul. Albert took over as the president following his father's retirement in 1974. His years of experience and dedication show in his management and direction of the company.

Anthony is Albert's youngest son and also grew up in the business. He has worked in Dickinson's factory for his younger years prior to attending college. Anthony joined Dickinson Homes in 2004 after completing his engineering studies at the University of Michigan. He started in the engineering department and now today he oversees all the structural planning and design.
